spent Friday @ church since late morning.
after that I am back home for a short while before going down to Bar Stop for dinner, as usual.
with my condition now, I am watching my diet closely. away from red meat, beans, alcohol ... ... and the toughest of all is ... ... beans ... ....
but, I do have some responsibility and thus, it is important.
On Saturday, I went for Qin Ming for our annual visit. Uncle, Grandpa & dad... ... the number of relatives joining in seems to be lesser but glad that my whole family is there.
Sat night was dinner @ West Mall, attacking the blue plates on offer @ Sakae Sushi. The kids certainly enjoyed themselves lots more cause Daddy and Mommy have already conquered Katsu Don, fried carrot cake, zhui kweh and bbq chicken wings @ 4pm ... ...
a family who eats together ... stays together.
between tucking the kids to bed, I am glad to catch short clips of the 4-0 thrashing of Blackburn @ ANFIELD. YNWA!!
Sunday was a quiet affair.
Marina Barrage with unsuccessful attempts of kite-flying. I am not sure who is playing more during the kite-flying: the father or the children .... .... likely the father.
dinner @ my mom's place followed with a "toned" down array of "Benson-friendly" dishes ... ...
well, what to do, I do not wish to limp to work anymore.
